The Academy of Medicine of Cleveland & Northern Ohio (AMCNO), Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Medicine and Office of Alumni Relations are hosting our annual Speed Mentoring event for all first and second-year medical students, in both, the University and College Programs, to allow them to start exploring the broad spectrum of specialty choices available to them. We hope to have most or all specialties present and strong representation from all of our affiliated hospitals at this session.

All events will be held at the CWRU School of Medicine/Cleveland Clinic Health Education Campus - Samson Pavilion, 9501 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44106.

Residents, Fellows, Attendings, and Community Physicians are all welcome. The more diversity, the better! 

 ·  M1 Session #1: Tuesday, October 12 | 6-8 pm | All Specialties

·  M1 Session #2: Wednesday, October 13 | 6-8 pm | All Specialties

·  M2 Session #1: Monday, October 18 | 6-8 pm | Medical Specialties

·  M2 Session #2: Thursday, October 21 | 6-8 pm | Surgery Specialties

Itinerary

5:30 - 6:20 PM:  Mentor's Pre-Session Orientation and light dinner (Samson Pavilion Classroom 113)

• Brief instructions for students and faculty

6:30 - 8:00 PM: Speed Mentoring (Samson Pavilion TBL Classroom 119)

• Roundtables for each field with 1-3 physicians and several medical students 
  Students will rotate every 6-8 minutes
