Metro's Walk-in MAT Clinic is Now Open

The MetroHealth Medical Center's new Motivation & Engagement Clinic (MEC) is available Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11:00AM - 2:00PM at 4269 Pearl Road, Cleveland, OH 44109 First Floor Suite 102. There are limited spots each day for new patients. Group sessions are at 12PM, 1PM, and 2PM. 

The MEC clinic will provide patients with Opioid Use Disorder access to low threshold care. Patients enrolled in the MEC have access to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Level of Care Assessments, Case Management services, Group/Individual Counseling, Peer Support services, and Care Coordination. Patients will be allowed to engage in the clinic for up to 90 days before transitioning to an appropriate level of care. Any patient may access this walk- in clinic without a referral, including patients already evaluated by MetroHealth Recovery Services, Primary Care, Emergency Department, Cuyahoga County Corrections Center, and/or Project DAWN Expanded Mobile Unit.

They do not offer Vivitrol, methadone treatment, or walk-in assessments.
